My acer Aspire E15 (E5-571G-515G) is not ok when connecting bluetooth. Showed status is bluetooth device is connected but not properly working within my laptop and bluetooth device. I installed Windows 10 (64bits) on my laptop. I already installed bluetooth drivers in this link ( https://www.acer.com/ac/en/MM/content/support-product/5385?b=1 )
 Pls advice how to solve bluetooth error.

    Try troubleshooting it,it ll provide you more information about the problem and it might even solve the problem if detected.
