home/end keys not working

    Use Fn+CTRL+Home to go to the beginning of the document and Fn+CTRL+End to go to the end.  It is just a work around and that is not a long-term solution.
    Try to refresh the keyboard driver. Open device manager, e    xpand keyboards. Right click the keyboard icon and select uninstall. Restart your PC and keyboard drivers should get installed automatically.
    After the driver gets installed check if the issue still persists.
