VN7-593 is a fairly new model, so the battery is maximum 1 year old.
Same issue here.
First of all, Hi Folks :-)
I tried everything which was suggested in the forum and from the support
e-mail to solve the problem, unplug electricity, reset battery in combination of
pressing the On-Button and Reset-Button simultaneously, flashed the Bios, reset
Bios defaults, updated Windows 10 Pro, updated all drivers and so on... Sadly
My opinion either there is something wrong with the Bios (I tried 1.10 and 1.13)
or the battery itself.
Now I am sending the laptop back and i hope to find an alternative product.
I had the problem with BIOS vers. 1.10, but updating to 1.13 fixed the issue for me
