Acer Aspire 5830TG after Win10 update stop charging and and doesn't work from power adapter either

So my notebook install some Win10 updates recently

After that it
stopped charging the battery and when battery hit 0% it just shut down and and was not turned on with the power adapter either

I tried the trick with a battery reset button (there is not a detachable battery) - it didn't help

Actually I remember that a similar thing was once before, the battery stopped charging after some Windows updates

But back then the laptop worked from the power adapter and I was able to update the BIOS that solved the problem

Now I can't power it up to install any updates (and actually I don't see any new BIOS versions)

Any suggestions? Thanks

To better assist you with your concern, we would like to know the following:
Does the power button lights up when you turn your computer on?
    Is the battery indicator glowing?
Aren't you getting a blue screen or black screen when you open your computer?

It might be that your power supply has simply failed. First, make sure the battery has some charge. If you’re not sure, and there’s no power indicator on the battery itself, then remove it entirely and just use the mains charger to check the issue.

The power button and the battery indicator is not glowing. Screen doesn't turn on as well.
Generally the notebook is completely dead and
doesn't show any signs of power consumption.

I check the power adapter with a multi-meter and it's seems to be fine.

I think the battery doesn't have any charge left.

Since this notebook doesn't have a detachable battery on the back, what proper way to use it without battery?
Disassemble it, detach battery cable from motherboard, assemble it back and then try to power it up with the power adapter?

    Thanks.
