These temperatures aren't bad, but if you have undervolted the CPU, then 83C isn't good for the thermal paste you are using. It depends on you whether you want to re-apply it or not.

Remember to follow the instructions that come with the thermal paste. The company has given a specific instruction of how to apply the thermal paste and make sure you use as little thermal paste as possible, just enough to cover the processor's die. Applying more paste will give the opposite effect of what you want to achieve.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Then the result isn't bad at all.

Do you remember what your temperatures were before re-applying the thermal paste?

Definitely you have a good result here, I don't think there is any need to re-apply the paste, but you can undervolt the CPU, which will bring your CPU's temperature to under 75C.
