Hello,
sometimes when i surf the internet(on google chrome ) the whole screen freeze (mouse cant move& if its youtube video it pause but i can hear the auido normally) i thought its chrome problem but its not then i checked the forum for temp issues told me to undervolt my laptop and it went great temp decreased and i got better performance of gaming but after a long session lets say 5 hours or so when i surf the web some weird things starts to happen random freezes increase alot in rate and in time and it even flickers and sometimes it does screentearing on the browser idk how to explain it but its so weird does anyone know a solution ?
anyway i installed latest bios update-disabled windows auto updates for drivers-updated intel graphics driver
but the thing that i have noticed that before that weird freezes when and before undervolting the laptop freezes whenever it wants to use nVidia GPU i saw it freezes while predator sense telling me that gpu is active and again it goes off without me playing or anything like that and it sometimes happen just like that(just random freezing while browsing) even after undervolting
undervolt:-125
and btw when i restart that flicker and weird things goes away i don't know if it's software or hardware issue tbh ,any opinions ?

Try the solution under section 6 from the sticky thread.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Disable "Hardware Acceleration" in Chrome to remove the freeze.
