When I am in a game that seems to require higher graphics, black and multicolored blocks appear and spread across the entire screen. This still occurs in more basic games except it goes away and does not spread across the whole screen. I have updated my drivers. I turned on the computer for the first time today. Below is a picture of it happening in Overwatch. What would be the best way to fix this?pu

This looks like a glitch with your graphics card man. The problem is probably caused by a driver glitch. If not, the issue might also be related to your graphics card hardware itself. I recommend you to update the driver first and see.

I downloaded Geforce Experience and updated my driver. The same thing is still occurring.

On a software standpoint, try updating your directX once. If not I suggest that it might be a hardware issue. The same thing happened when my GPU died as well. If your laptop is under warranty, it is high time to get this repaired. Also, this happens when your GPU has temperature issues.

This looks like a VRAM issue. I suggest you to contact your retailer and ask to replace the laptop(works only if you are still within the return policy) or contact Acer support.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
