Installing dxwebsetup internal system error

So I purchased predator helios 300 [India] but in installign mostly all of the games gives error at installing directx part (Tried installing Tribes , Fortnite ,Last Man Standing [All Official]) . So I tried to run pre installed game from my friend then it gives error 0xc000007b . Now on googling stuffs I found many people saying installing DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer solves the problem , so I downloaded it and tried to install but it also gave error saying "An internal system error occurred.Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your windows folder to determine problem." which I have no idea what to do. I tried googling ,some said to disable antivirus but my laptop is pretty fresh (nothing installed). All I can play are browser games. Please HELP ME!

on some models a third party antivirus is installed from factory, check on Apps and Feature if any is listed and uninstall it.
in the worst case, do a factory reset and let windows re-install from scratch.
