My Nitro's screen cracked, so I got it replaced. Now, after resetting and getting it back, the laptop won't go up to 1920x1080 resolution, it only goes to 1366x768 even though before the crack, it could go up to 1920x1080. Acer says it can go up to 1920x1080, but my laptop can't go up any higher.

What should I do? Please help! Thanks!

first check the new panel model and see if it supports 1920x1080
    download hwinfo64
    https://www.hwinfo.com/download.php
portable version is ok, run it and then click on the monitor label on the left tree, at the bottom of various informations, you will find the supported resolutions too.

meanwhile, download the latest nvidia drivers from nvidia website and install it:

    I'm not an Acer employee.
