Suddenly the screen went off and since then the device is not responding (charging led still working) i tried almost everything pressing volume up and power for long time pressing power for long time and pressing reset button. i will not be able to send it back to company since it will cost me a lot from here.

Thanks in advance,

    Hi,
Could you please tell me whether you have started the BIOS update or it was an automatic update, please post the full model name of your laptop, BIOS version and the intended version BIOS.

    Hi,
Get an office pin and press the reset button on your switch for 2 seconds, then release it.  The Reset Button is a small hole by the right side of your laptop.  It is the second hole right above the SDCard socket.  The first hole is the Microphone (Do Not Touch That!).
Then press the Power Button and your laptop should come on.
    Good luck.

    Hi,
It's better to take it to a local repair shop and get it fixed by a professional.
