Hi...I suggest you to follow the methods below and check if it helps.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet connection. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your internet.

    Refer these steps:

Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
    Run the Network Adapter troubleshooter.

Try updating the Network Adapter drivers from the manufacturer's website and check if the issue persists.
Follow the steps to update the Network Adapter drivers:
Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.
    Expand Network Adapter.
Right-click on the Ethernet and click on Update driver software.
    Restart the computer and check.

Let us know if you need further assistance. We will be happy to help you.

Try a combination of Fn + F3 to disable Airplane mode. If this does not work then try to Uninstall the network adapters from device manager. Post uninstall restart the device and click on the Wi-Fi icon to re-connect to your networks.

If this does not solve the issue. then click on Windows > then click on settings > now click on network & internet > now click on Wi-Fi on the left pane and turn on the Wi-Fi. this should help fixing the issue.

Hi, I am also having the same problem as the above 2 members, I have tried everything that was advised and am still unable to get airplane mode turned off. Like the last member posted - I uninstalled Norton anti-virus because it was very annoying to have constant pop-ups trying to force me to buy Norton. Not impressed that doing that has messed with my laptop in this way to say the least. Hopefully somebody has had a similar problem and can help me! Thank you in advance! :)
