My card freeze whole system on helios 300 15 inch when system need her without comeback on ofi acer driver 382, other drivers from nvidia ofi shows me error 43 on device manager.. It happend when i played m&b warband on battery until shutdown due low power.. after comeback i noticed fps drop from 500 to 120 fps on powered..
I Tried:
-reset battery by holding reset button for 5 sec and leave for 6 minutes
-disasembling back cover and unplug battery manualy for 15 minutes
-disabling and enabling device with restarts in device manager
-i am now running at bios 1.13
-uninstalling drivers by ddu in safe mode and installing different, integrated card also
-reset whole system and install oficial and new drivers, both had still same issues.. and KCD is comming out at 18. Feb :(((

Is my gpu dead? Is it possible to found any small cable clip from gpu or is it complete part of motherboard? Will my warranty be declined due thinks like changing thermal paste? Coz there is small paper tape holding cable on fans..

Havent problem for months and now that broz..

Kind regards

You have done the rroubleshooting that needs to be done and I don't think there is something else you can do. The only thing left is to contact Acer. You have voided the warranty, if you have removed any 'warranty void if' stickers, and if you have repasted the processors with metal based thermal paste(liquid metal) or any other paste that scratches the processors' die, like IC Diamond.

PS: the GPU isn't dead, but it is not working properly. The GPU is part of the motherboard.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
