Hello

Few days ago i bought new laptop "Predator helios300 with Geforce GTX1050ti" and i noticed it has some issues with display, i have no idea if it's GPUs fault or drivers. Can someone help me?

While watching the videos sometimes this could happen=> https://ibb.co/gCb5K6 or https://ibb.co/fMz36m

But when i tried to test it on games like "residentevil VII" or "battlefield 1" this problems didn't occur.

Thank you!

You can update your nvidia and intel graphics drivers. I think the problem comes from the Intel HD graphics, because the Nvidia graphics are mostly active when gaming or doing heavy tasks and Intel HD is active mostly while web browsing and doing other light tasks.

I suggest you to update the BIOS too, before returing the laptop. Download the latest BIOS version only here(it is located in BIOS/Firmware, after you find your device's driver page). Before executing the installation make sure the battery is fully charged and the laptop is plugged in to AC adapter. The system may restart several times during the installation. Don't attempt to turn it off, until the installation is completed.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
