Acer Aspire AT3-600-UB308 how to add a second internal hard drive

Am I correct that the tray that comes out of the front of this machine is for the second Hard drive ? Also the drive I'm looking at is the WD Black 4T , that's a SATA 6 I believe , Is this machine going to work with that ? And at some point soon I will likely replace the SATA3 drive that comes with the machine with the SATA 6 WD Black 4T drive as well , will this machine take full advantage of what I guess is the better faster SATA 6 drive? Thanks
