Okay so, about a week or two ago, I got my Acer Aspire es1-572 back from Acer (They were fixing a broken peice of plastic), my webcam worked fine. Somewhwere between then and now, my webcam has stopped working.
 - I checked the device manager: nothing there.
 - Tried windows hardware troubleshooter: Nothing there, EXCEPT it says there is an unkown USB device which has stopped working and says to restart the PC to finish driver updates, when I restart, the unkown USB device remains, and I get stuck in an instant loop of it telling me to restart.
 - I've restored my computer to a restore point (the only one I have) from january 1st: still, nothing
 - I contacted Acer support, and they've said to do a full restore of Windows 10, which I haven't done because in the past, everytime I've been told that will solve my problem, the only thing it did was anger me from having to reinstall all my apps
 - My mic (Which is part of the webcam module) works fine

- I've looked into installing legacy hardware in device manager to try and install the drivers manually, but I can't find the proper driver.

Please, I am absolutely stumped, if it's a harware problem, I need to know soon as my warranty runs out soon, I would've sent it in already but I have a feeling all I'll get back is a reset PC with the same problems.

Any suggestions? If you suggest software or drivers PLEASE LINK THEM

Thank you in advance
