Predator xb271 monitor - sound was working, now it's not.

I have Win10 PC with a new xb271 monitor. The sound was working fine and now I hear nothing from the monitor? I don't know what changed since then. I turned off DTS and the sound came back, then I turned DTS back on and lost sound again. Now even turning DTS off doesn't help!

I still see the green level meters bouncing on the volume mixer, but no sound comes out. Volume is obviously turned up.

Should I be picking Realtek Digital Output or XB271HU A?

If I do a "test" on XB271HU A I hear a test tone on the monitor.

Any idea what's going on? Headphones still work on the front jack of my PC.

I am also having the same issue. I think it may have started when I updated gpu drivers (gtx1080). Am going to roll back to previous driver and see if that or a combination of turning DTS on/off will help. Can someone from Acer please help us?

Just rolled back to previous driver and its FIXED. NVIDIA driver was conflicting with DTS or some other function of the xb271. I'll forward this to them.
