I was having problems doing a system restore, went to Win 10 support and they said it was an update issue and to go to BIOS to check some settings, however doing a Fn+F2 on startup will not open BIOS. What do I need to do to get into the BIOS to check some of the settings?

Make sure quick start-up is disabled or continuously press the power button to shut down the laptop. Press the power button again and right after it boots, start pressing F2 key repeatedly, until the BIOS menu opens.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
