why does my z630 take two minutes to start up

    Dear Eddy,

    The best option is to get rid of launchers & security apps. Also, get rid of apps that optimise. Remove unwanted apps. Free up storage & clear app cache.

    Try deleting apps that have in memory services. Stuff like Amazon's apps, weather apps, etc. They have a tendency to load at start and make things boot longer.

    As a last resort, please try a facrory reset and that shoud fix the issue.
    At first, hold the Power button, until your device is switched on.
    Then from the home screen open Menu and choose Settings.
    After that select Backup&Reset and tap Factory data reset.
    Next, choose Reset device and select Erase everything to begin hard reset operation.
    Well done! You have just perfomed the factory reset operation.
