5738Z: Keyboard problem

Hello,

 

The keyboard from my Acer Aspire 5738Z stopped working. I bought a new keyboard model 5738ZG, it should be compatible but some keys don't work, like W,E,L...

 

I did a BIOS update, uninstalled the keyboard driver and installed again, changed the keyboard layout, the keyboard language. Nothing worked.

 

What can i do more to try to solve my problem?
