Replacement video ribbon cables are cheap. Give it a try. These ribbons often have intermittent conductor trace failures in the hinge area due to opening and closing the lid too much. If it still gives you problems, the issue seems more due to the new screen not your system. Jack E/NJ

If the cause is the cable damaged, should not the problem occour also on the original screen?

If the screen shows an image and it has no issues whatsoever, then it isn't a compatibilty issue. If it was a compatibilty issue, the screen wouldn't work at all. It can't be the cable as well, because the issue is not present in the original display. The last thing left is the screen itself.

Yes probably. But the issue was intermittent. So it's possible, though not likely, that you just lucked out when putting the old screen back in and the old screen worked OK. But for less than $12 for a new cable, you would have even more convincing evidence to the vendor that the new screen is faulty and to blame. Jack E/NJ

yes, I confirm that the original screen works without problems.
I thought about a problem of incompatibility because maybe the power required for the BOE model is higher and the computer maybe can't give enough power.
But the problem happens at maximum level of brightness as well as at minimum level.

Hi,
Have you tried a different display driver? If not give it a shot, go to Device manager, uninstall the display driver, reboot and let Windows install the driver.
EDIT:
There's not much difference between the screens except the brightness, so it could be a faulty screen as @JacckE suggested.

I tried 3 times to plug and unplug the screen, and putting it in place, and also gently moving the cable while the screen was turned on, in order to see if something changed, but nothing. Finally plugging in the old screen, everything worked perfectly, also moving the cable.
I'm from Italy, and the cable replacements I can find cost almost the double or more on ebay and are difficult to find for my model.

OK, forget replacing the cable right now. Did you try brummfan2's suggestion of uninstalling the driver from Device Mgr and then rebooting to let Win10 automatically detect and install the driver? Jack E/NJ

Yes, I tried that, uninstalling the driver of the Monitor, then I restarted Windows, and the monitor was successfully recognized (as Generic Plug & Play), but the problem persisted. I tried also to downgrade the Intel graphics driver, and tried to re-update them, but the intermittent issue persisted, and also is occourred in the BIOS screen. So I thought it wasn't a problem of drivers.

If the old screen still works OK then the new screen is either faulty or not the same as your vendor claimed. Accordingly, you should return the screen to the vendor for a refund or a replacement if the vendor still insists the old and new screens are interchangeable for the E5-575G-55GR. Jack E/NJ

You have reinstalled the wrong driver, you need to uninstall "Display Adapter" driver.
