I am using Acer Aspire V5 with windows 8.1

I am having blue screen problem and below are the information that i have:

I tried to Enter, F8 but nothing help, I tried to enter UEFI Firmware Settings but I forgot my password.

I just started hitting the same Blue Screen booting my Aspire Switch 10 running Windows 8.1. The Windows Key does not display the UEFI Firmware Settings (despite the blue screen stating that it will.) Installation media was not distributed with the Switch. Has anyone encountered / resolved this problem?

You can try to re-set to factory default by turning the machine completely off. Turn it on again. Immediately press and hold the ALT key while tapping the F10 key. Then follow this video. Jack E/NJ
