Aspire R13 boot fail

I have an Aspire R13 laptop I purchased directly from the Acer web site about one year ago.
The laptop had very minimal usage since but was working very nicely. It only has the basics installed (Windows 10) and we did not install any additional software on it.
Recently it just refuses to boot. When we press the side button we see the Acer logo on the screen for about 20 seconds, then the machine goes dark. This was tried repeatedly with the same result.
A web-tech suggested to reset the battery but it did not change anything. Help anyone? Can it be the laptop lasts one year only??

Oh, BTW, BIOS F2 does not work either...

Is the Charger working fine, try connecting to another wall outlet. It seems that the battery has fully drained out and getting no power. Check if you see any indicator lights on you laptop when the charger is plugged in. Also, please power on the system and as soon as the first logo screen appears, immediately press the F2 key to enter the BIOS and check if you are able to stay in the BIOS screen.
