I purchases dhe Acer Switch this Tuesday. It is not Friday and I went to turn it on, I brought up the log on screen, went to type my passers and nothing. The detachable keyboard was attached correctly. I typed, nothing. I attempted to use the touch screen keyboard and it wouldn' oopn. II can touch the wireless icon and bring up that it is online, I can touch the power icon and shut I'd off, but when I try to type I have no access to a keyboard.
We tried a reset from the power button and when the blue screen come up asking me to restart nothing on the touch screen works at all.

This all started after it did a windows update.

If your keyboard is detached, swiping up on the lock screen gives you the login prompt and touching the password box should launch the onscreen keyboard. If the keyboard is connected you have to use the "ease of use" icon to open an onscreen keyboard.
