I bought predator helios 300 from amazon and when i finally got a hard went to put in my hard drive in the bay when i opened the door there was no caddy not cable to attach my hard drive but i got the little baggie with the 4 screws

    You have to contact Acer in your region and request the needed parts. I have read that it is most likely to have the caddy and cable sent to you if you live in the US and Canada. 
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
