Serial number mis match

I bought an acer predator helios 300 gaming laptop from flipkart, but the serial number given in the invoice (bill) is not matching with the laptop. In the invoice the EAN number is given as the serial number. Is this a problem for warrenty purpose?

    Normally not but if they ask for a copy, they will see the mismatch and can arise some questions or doubt.

    They told me to return.. but i dont want to return the product because i am using the laptop for 15 days and the product is all ok.. I am just asking do the mismatch of serial number in bill will cause problem during waremty?
