Extremely difficult to connect to the Internet

Been having this issue recently where almost after every time I put my laptop to sleep for > 1 hour, when I turn it back on the WiFi symbol gets that yellow exclamation mark (!). Despite attempts to disconnect and reconnect in hopes of solving the problem, it never really works until I temporarily solve the issue by restarting my laptop. Does anyone know how to fix this? It's a relaly annoying issue

Also, does anyone know a fix to the taskbar-over-Chrome problem? Like when I go on sites where I need to access the very bottom (i.e. to type on Messenger), the taskbar blocks it out and I'd have to move it to the right side of the screen, which is another nuisance.

Hi,
Go to Device manager(right click start), expand Network adapters, highlight and right click Wi-Fi, click Properties, go to Power management tab and untick " Allow the computer to turn off....", HTH.
