how to add more ram as i have only 4 gb of it and how to unplug the battery while adding ram as it is not user replacable and will it void the waranty????

Hi,
You don't need to remove the battery, there's a service hatch at the back, remove the screw and install a single module in the vacant slot. 4GB is an on-board memory(it's soldered) so only one slot available. Get a module with matching specs of your current memory module(speed, timings and type).

Does that harm the laptop adding ram with out removing battery connection , and what is that battery reset pin switch for ???

Hi,
Yes, reset button temporarily switch off the battery but installing RAM without switching off battery will not damage the laptop, for the laptops with service hatch it's safe to change the RAM without disconnecting battery but if you need to open the back cover, then you have to disconnect the battery and use an anti-static wrist band.
