Can I use my all-in-one, as a monitor for another computer?

I have an Acer aspire z touch, that I would like to use as a monitor for a Dell desktop. I've done some internet research that made it seem that it might not be possible so I thought I'd post here and ask for help as well. Thanks, for any help.

    if your model is the Z3-715, there's an HDMI in port, so you can use it as external monitor.

    Can I use my aspire c20?
