Acer Aspire E15 E5-553g-15CK Low fps in games, videos, browsers and working very slowly.

Hello, I got Acer Aspire E15 E5-553g-15CK for over a 9 months. I can't even watch videos on 720p on YouTube because it has very low fps, if I play 2 videos in 720p sometimes screen goes black and after 10-15 sec it comes back or I have to restart laptop. It takes so much time to scroll in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. I have windows 10 home 64 bit. I downloaded Video card driver from Acer.com with my serial number and with amd.com, but none of those worked.I have battery settings and video card settings all on high performance. Please, give me any advice what to do it's almost impossible to do something with that laptop.

Well, support here is almost as good as this laptop. I must say I have seen laptops that costs 100-200$ and are way better than Acer Aspire E15 E5-553g-15CK!
