Installing Windows on a new M.2 SSD

I am sure this question has been asked time and again, and I am so sorry for repeating it. Google just gave me a bunch of contradictory and confusing posts, so I decided to ask the community experts.
I have the VN7-592G, Acer Aspire V15 Nitro Black Edition. In it I have a 1TB HDD, with Win10 Home.
Now I acquired a m.2 SSD (WD Blue 250GB), and successfully installed it yesterday. It was invisible to Windows at first, but I formatted it, and now have it as D, with my 1TB being a system drive, letter C.
Now, of course, I want my system on the SSD. I would prefer getting a fresh copy of Windows, over migrating and cloning it. Also, I have created bootable USB with Windows ISO using the Microsoft Download Tool (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10). I have already prepared a backup on external hard drive of important files from my system.

The question now is: what is the best way for me to proceed? What are the next steps? Everything I could google was incredibly complicated for me, confusing, or contradictory from one page to another. I would be very grateful if someone was to point me in the right direction.

Thank community!

the best way, to avoid conflicts, is to wipe the system and EFI partitions on your 1TB HDD, then you can install windows on the M.2 SSD.
    I'm not an Acer employee.

Which software would you recommend to do this? Can it be done from already existing windows10?

You should boot the system from the installation media(recovery drive). Open command prompt there(troubleshhot>advanced options). In command prompt enter the following inputs:

    diskpart
list disk(note down the number of the disk you want to delete)
select disk x(x is the number of the disk you want to delete)
    clean

Wait until the process of formating is completed. All the data from the disk will be deleted.

Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

this is correct if he wants to wipe completely the HDD.

if he need to retain some personal data, from the windows installation (where you choose on which HDD/SSD you want to install), you can delete the single partition from there.

If he wants to keep the data he can follow these command lines:

    diskpart
list disk(note down the number of the disk you want to delete)
select disk x(x is the number of the disk you want to delete)
list partition(note down which partition you want to format)
select partition x(X is the number of the partition you want to format)
    format NF=NTFS(or FAT32) quick(for quick format)
assign x(x is the letter of the drive you want to put)

The way IronFly advices you to do is much easier.
