Acer Predator Helios 300 48-78 fps on Warframe

I have been running Warframe on high settings, just got my laptop about  a month ago. Has been working fine with over 100 fps on any mission. Now idk what has happened but it has become trash.

    This issue seems to be ccuring recently with newer Windows updates. Try this for me and see if it helps:

    With Warframe running, go to Start Menu > Settings Gear > Gaming, and disable the Game Bar and Game Mode. Let me know if this helps.

    Yes, thank you very much my fps has defenitely increased, now i have 160-180 fps. Do you have any tips on more fps increase?

    Why do you need higher FPS the Helios 300's screen has a refresh rate of 60Hz only.

    Even if your refresh rate is 60hz its well known playing with higher FPS decreases input latency for all actions within games. The more FPS when you click a key the faster that will happen in game regardless of your screen refresh rate. 

    CS GO extreme players play on low resolution and low graphic settings just to get more fps such as between 300 to 2000fps.
