It doesn't pain or even feel anything, but it definitely is a small amount of "tingling" all over the laptop. Should I be worried?
This happens only when there is no earthing. Earthed connections don't give any tingling sensations.
Would it be fine to use the laptop along with the super mild shocks?

please use grounded plugs for safety reasons; you will be not shocked without grounded connection but is not 100% safe and you can feel what you reported.

Do you feel these shocks when the laptop is not plugged to charger?
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

No, it only happens when laptop is plugged in, and only at certain plug points.
