Create Factory Default Disc program not found in eMachines folder

I have an older model # T6420 running 32-bit XP pro and would like to create the rescue disc, but I cannot locate the program to do that. The instructions I'm following say to go to all programs and open eMachines, then select Create Factory Default Disc, but that is nowhere to be found. How can I obtain a copy to create the disc? FWIW my SN is GCD61 200 12811, but that number seems not to be on record.
