Restarting Problem

Hi all,
just wondering if anyone from this forum ever had the same experience with me, my Switch Alpha 12 was suddenly restarting and appears information like this:
"Your PC ran into problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you"
This problem just happened and keep happened few times (around 5-10 minutes after restarting it appears again) and disturbing sound also appears near the right side of the screen.
I'll take this to the store where I bought to consult with technician there, but before just wondering if anyone ever had the same problem.

Was it restarting from a Win10 update? Jack E/NJ

No it didn't because of the WIN 10 update
So far I assume maybe on the power source, since when I plug, the problem appears.

Sometimes these Win10 updates can sneak up on you and install undetected. Just to be sure, please check Control Panel for any "restore points" that might've been automatically created. Charger issues have been a reported for some machines due to updates. Jack E/NJ

were you watching any video? I ran into something similar while watching netflix. It's showing there is a driver power state isuse. This happen after recently updated with latest windows 10 creator update. The Intel Graphics, camera, Qualcomm wifi and audio drivers are old and need to be updated directly from the manufacture webpage
