No output signal from VGA and HDMI 2

My son has an Aspire X3995 that he wants to run 2 screens on.

He only receives a picture via the HDMI connector located on the top left (is the motherboard built-in?) But the VGA connector and the other HDMI connector do not give a signal.

How do you enable these outputs? Should I enter the BIOS and change this, if so, how does the BIOS menu look, where do I enter and what should be changed?

Have you tried connecting to the HDMI port on the right side without having anything connected to the HDMI port on the left, to see if you will get any image output?
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Yes I have. I have tried to connect both to the 2nd hdmi as well as VGA without having anything connected to hdmi1 (with restart) but no luck. I will try to find the seetings in bios when I get home :-)
