Aspire Z stuck at the Acer logo after system name.

I changed the system name on my Aspire Z.  When I rebooted I get stuck at the Acer logo.  I tried hitting F12 when the system boots up & it brings up the Windows Boot Manager.  I've tried hitting ESC or Enter afterwards.  It just brings up the Acer logo.  What should I try next?  The only thing that is connected is the network cable & power supply.

    Hi, 

    You can try to enter the BIOS(by tapping on the Delete key) and perform BIOS defaults. If that doesn't help you, then try to access the internal recovery partition by tapping the key combinations Alt Gr + F10 while the device boots. This should help you get to Advanced boot options.

    I got a USB stick that had a Windows 10 image on it.  However, my ACER logos problems still persist.  I was updating Windows 10 Home to the Creator's Update.  It downloaded but when it went to reboot in SAFE_OS mode, it hung at the logo.  I spoke to customer support.  They say I have the wrong BIOS version.
    It is: R02-A2.  According to support, it should be: R01.A2.  So, I will probably send the machine back to ACER to have it repaired unless someone can explain how I go about downloading & installing the new BIOS.
