Touch sensitivity issue in liquid z630s.

I've just bought acer liquid z630s android smartphone . the touch is really not up to the mark with very low sensitivity . i've seen other users claiming that they have got a 66mb (meant for improving touch sensitivity and audio enhancementa) update jst after unboxing their device. But i've still not got any such update !! And it still shows my device is 'up to date'. Kindly suggest a solution .
