Is this normal for an R11?

So today I exchanged my Acer R11 2-in-1 Chromebook for another one at best buy because the one I had just bought had a small annoying manufacturer issue.
I start this one up and I'm already having issues. I seemed to fix the issue myself and all seems well (for now) but I noticed one thing while trying to fix the problem.
I ended up running a battery test while trying to figure out a solution to the problem. I noticed that the battery health is at 94.84%. Is this normal for a Chromebook that's only a couple of hours old? Or should it be at 100%?

Hi,
You could try a battery reset and a battery calibration, follow the instructions in the video.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rSENAnECktw
