Pc Rebooting at bios

My 2014 Acer Aspire Desktop is rebooting indefinitely at the BIOS and not ever passing it it will startup fine the spinning dots get 1/2 way around then it freezes and restarts. It will then say Preparing Automatic Repair and get 3/4 of the way around before rebooting again. I can only access the BIOS on the first try before the keyboard does nothing. I have tried reseating the RAM, disconnecting the CD drive and HDD and removing the CMOS battery twice. None of these things have worked. It’s running Windows 10 (upgraded from Win 8.1) I don’t have the money to buy recovery media nor do I think it would work because when I put a win 10 disc in it freezes at a black screen. I don’t think the Hard Drive is an issue as it sounds fine. But I think it could be a dead or dying Ram Module. Or the CMOS battery going bad as well. The Model Number is: AXC-603G-UW30. If I had your computer model, I would attempt the following....(backup your important personal files and install Windows 8.1)

1.  On a different computer, create windows 8.1 media

2. Disconnect your HDD cables on your xc-603G, and go in to your BIOS settings and enable the F12 boot menu.

3.  See if you can boot the Windows 8.1 media and if successful, shutdown and reconnect your HDD.

4.  If you can boot windows 8.1 media, try to get your important personal files backed up (from the command pompt) to an external USB drive.  When you see the screen below, press shift+F10 on your keyboard to get command prompt.  And then...https://appuals.com/how-to-backup-files-from-command-prompt/



5.  After you confirm your important personal files are backed up to an external USB drive, type exit to close the command prompt..

6.  After you select your language, install Windows 8.1, but you should select Custom Installation. 

7.  Delete your partitions on your HDD (This will completely wipe your HDD). After you delete your partitions, click Next....and the Windows 8.1 installer will automatically partition and format your HDD and install Windows 8.1
