new w700, impressions and issues

hey, new w700 here are my impressions

 

firstly got it from the acer store, came with the keyboard case. i like it but it adds too much weight and for regular home use, id much rather the old brown case. also the keyboard case has no strap to keep it closed, small oversight but uncomfortable

 

overall, id very much recommend the tablet as well as windows 8

 

now for the bad part. everyonce in a while the wifi craps out. as is mentioned in other topics here, it stays connected and shows no issue but it wont load sites. any fix known for this?

 

secondly, yesterday after charging it for the first time the battery only went up to 96 percent. i drained it all the way and charged it  again, 98 percent this time. going to give it a few more cycles and see if it comes around otherwise i'll have to talk to acer

Check this post for your Wifi woes.

Regarding your battery issue, it should adjust itself after a couple of cycles, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
