my system is not even 3 years old and since yesterday will no longer boot.
First symptom was that it was unable to go out of sleep mode 2 days ago. After a hard reboot everything seemed to work, but since yesterday it is unable to boot. The system will start up with a single short beep which I think it has always done. I have opened the case and removed every one of the 3 RAM modules one by one. This did nothing.
The HDD's are fine and can be read by another system.
I have attached the device to 2 different monitors by both the dvdi and hdmi port. Nothing appears on the screen. I can hear the HDD doing work.
What could be the problem?
Is this likely to be a problem with the graphics card?

you can try a CMOS reset:
    disconnect the AC power cable
open your PC case and look for the CMOS battery (silver round battery), take it off
    press power button twice
wait 5 minutes and put everyback
unplug the HDD/DVD/SSD and have only 1 ram stick inserted
try to boot to BIOS pressing Del key

    Hello,
    thank you for your help.
I did what you suggested. On booting the machine now generates 2 short beeps (hdd and dvd disconnected). If these error codes are correct this means "parity circuit failure".
I put everything back and the situation is back as before: 1 beep and no display
