    Hi,
Install MiniTool Partition Wizard, use Migrate feature to migrate your OS from HDD to M.2 SSD, remove the HDD boot with SSD.
    Or
Install Macrium Reflect Free, create a backup of your HDD  to an external HDD, create a recovery USB with same program.
Remove the HDD, install the M.2 SSD connect the USB recovery disk( created with Macrium)
Go to BIOS and change the boot order to make the USB as the first boot.
Connect the external HDD( with USB to SATA cable)
Recover the image from the backup( from the external HDD) on to M.2 SSD.

You can make a fresh install on SSD or migrate Windows 10 to SSD via  third party data
    migration software.

Tried the suggestion to install MiniTool Partition Wizard from the link supplied ... when installing, noticed it bogging down my laptop then got a Trojan virus warning (it was quarantined and removed) then the malicious Chromium Browser popped-up, which is a self-replicating 'bug' that is hard to remove because it refuses to be uninstalled via control panel (see https://howtoremove.guide/what-is-chromium-browser-virus/). Additionally, it installed a supposed antivirus program that was hard to remove, requiring multiple uninstall attempts before finally it was removed. None of this was done by user consent or approval ... it was backdoor installs obviously done by the MiniTool installer, since all of this transpired between the time the installer was started and completed. The malicious Chromium ""Browser"" will hog up your system resources, so removing it can be like playing Whack-a-Mole. I alerted the folks at MiniTool, but they didn't seem to take it seriously. I suggested to them they might have a disgruntled worker/volunteer who sabotaged the download program, as it was downloaded directly from their website, not a 3rd party. Out of hundreds of program installs I've done, none have ever attempted to corrupt my computer in this manner, as I always download from assume "safe" sites. Fortunately I was able to quickly revert to a restore point and my Acer laptop appears to be safe now. But won't ever for the life of me download anything from MiniTool again.

A 'clean' solution is the Ease US at :
    Note that Windows 10 1803 April 2018 is 16GB for a 32-bit OS and 20GB for 64-bit OS.
So Acer Aspire M3-581T, was truly chewed up by 1803 I have done a fresh install and have a onboard SSD that is empty as too small - can I rip any bloatware out of Widows 10   6 bit ???
