Macro bar on the left doesnt work.

When i start my predator 17, the macros on the left of the keyboard dont work until i have opened predatorsense once, then it works until i shut it off, the only thing that works is the profile button which switches colours but the rest of the 5 buttons stay red. it wasnt like this when it was new, can anyone help?

Go in task scheduler. In task sceduler library there should be a task named PredatorSense. Check if it shows status ready first. If it shows 'disabled' you have to enable it. Double click on task 'predatorsense' and in general tab select configure for windows 10 and enable run with highest privileges.
