I have access to a Samsung 850 Solid State Drive 256GB, is Aspire R13 compatible?

I need more space and a better hard drive for my laptop. I have maxed it out! My friend has a Samsung 850 Solid State Drive (256GB), just sitting around that I can have, anyone know if that is compatible. 

If not what other Solid State Drive options do I have? 

BTW, I have a Acer Aspire R13.

No, you can install another M.2 SSD. Please provide the model name of your laptop and the SSD already in your laptop.

I have one in my R3 but it came with a WD drive and could just swap. It depends on what you have now, Acer made the R series with a number of different drives.
