I was wondering if anyone knew or had an idea on how to fix my aspire R14

I just got off the phone with aver and they had a horrible customer service person, the guy had the worst attitude but anyways, I was wondering if anyone knows how to make my charger or laptop work, the guy said that it’s the laptop but when I let my laptop go to critical low battery, it will not get the charger, it only charges when it’s on because if I let it get to critical low battery, it takes days for it to get it again, So I’m wondering if any of you know where I could buy the part that I need or how to fix it myself since I’m short on money at the moment

This started to happen to me this morning. I've attempted everything mentioned from Google searching the issue but nothing has helped. Can I ask if you found a way to resolve this problem?
