So... On occasion, for no reason, I will receive the Windows 10 boot loop. To resolve this problem I have reinstalled windows 10 and everything has been ok. Except for this instance.

Now, when I try to reinstall windows 10 I am told that "Windows can not be installed to this disk. This computers hardware may not support booting to this disk. Ensure that the disk's controller is enabled in the computers BIOS menu."
When I ignore this and click next I am simply told "We couldn't create a new partition or locate an existing one"
I have scoured the internet for help and found no answers. I have no access to any other computer.
Help, please?

Sorry, my laptop model is the Acer Aspire E15.

this is not a good sign.

you can try to wipe your HDD/SSD completly before a complete backup of all your personal data.
during windows installation press Shift+F10 at language/keyboard screen options, to enter Command prompt.
    once in command prompt type
    diskpart
    then on diskpart type
    list disk
take note of the correct disk ID to erase
    type
    select disk x
(x is the ID of your HDD to erase)
    type
    clean
    type exit

    proceed to windows installation

if you still have issues on installing windows, it's time to call Acer support service if under warranty or take it to a computer shop.
    I'm not an Acer employee.
