Can anyone help me my acer iconia w3 not starting.

today acer iconia w3 was lagging too much so i decide to reset it using windows settings.after the reset it just shows 'just a moment" and remains blank. and the worst part is its not detecting any keyboard and mouse .but when i connect a pen drive or cad reader i can see the light..i tried if automatic startup can repair this problem but it also remains blank..only thing that is working is when i move my hand on tablet screen i can see the pointer..i can just get into bios also when i press windows key+power button it also remains blank..Please help me??

My acer icon1a w3 is not responding at all.  The screen is blank, and just stays that way.
