Did this happen after you added more RAM?
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

When did this happen? Did it happen suddenly out of the blue or it happened after you added more RAM?

After adding RAM I guess . Like firstly windows 7 was installed but I thought the problem was with windows 7 but even after I upgraded it to Windows 10 the problem still exists .

Most likely the new RAM isn't compatible with the already installed one. You can disassemble the laptop and try swapping the places of the RAM modules.

Updating the BIOS might help. Download latest BIOS from here. Before executing the installation make sure battery is fully charged and laptop connected to charger. The system may restart several times during the installation, so don't turn it off.

Can you try reconnecting the drive to see if that will help? Also is the storage drive recognised in BIOS?

That problem of "NO BOOTABLE DEVICE" was solved when I turned boot mode from UEFI to Legacy . But I guess UEFI is meant for Windows 8 and above . I am confused !!

And when I tried to install other BIOS drivers I ended up with "BIOS version compare error!" screen.
And my problem of hardware reserved RAM is not solved yet!!

That RAM module you have installed isn't compatible. If the BIOS you are trying to install is earlier version than the one you have, it won't let you update.
