predator Helios 300 Service in india

They say acre predator Helios 300 is now available in India and product brought from USA can avail warranty in India also .. yes ?

    If you have bought the laptop from US and you brought it to India, you can use the warranty except if you are citizen of India(have an ID card or a passport made in India displaying that you are citizen of India). For more information about International Travelers warranty can be found inside a booklet in your laptop's package, to which the title is International Travelers Warranty.
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    but how to claim warranty if i am a citizen of india, my sister is in USA can I user her proofs ?

    If the laptop is registered on her name and she is in the US, then you can claim warranty and you should also be able to show a proof of purchase.

    I bought Helios 300 in US and having some issues, would India service centres be able to help? Problem is I installed secondary HDD and it's not detecting anywhere both in bios and disc manager. Might be a faulty SATA cable, can this be fixed in India or I need to ship it back to US

    Hello. I have a Nitro 5 laptop. It came with a Dolby Atmos software installed on it but a few days back I reinstalled my windows & now I can not find it anywhere on my pc or on Acer drivers page. What to do ?

    Case id-3687906I     : It's been 25 days since my acer nitro 5 is not turning on. First it shows an error.I made a complaint an acer engineer came . he recognise that it is a motherboard issue and it needs to be changed. Customer care told me to wait for 7 working days for the motherboard. Now it's been 25 days i called customer care service several time and everytime he told me that it will take one or two days. Acer I'm really tired and getting frustrated now I'm a last year grad student and my placement season is going on . it is the time when i need my laptop most.Look into this issue and repair my laptop as soon as possible it will be very helpful

    I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT A OTHER BRAND LAPTOPS LIKE ASUS BECAUSE MY FRIENDS TOLD ME NOT TO BUY THIS ACER LAPTOP BECAUSE OF POOR CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT,BUT STILL I HAD SOME HOPE AND BOUGHT THE ACER NITRO 5 2022 version…NOW I REALISED THAT I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO MY FRIENDS.I GAVE MY LAPTOP UNDER ADP WARRANTY.THEY TOLD ME IT WILL BE REPAIRED UNDER A WEEK BUT ITS BEEN A MONTH…ALL THEY WAS TELLING ME IS TO WAIT FOR A 2 DAYS OR WEEKS AND AFTER THAT I CALL THEM AGAIN THEY REPLY WITH SAME THINGS AS THEY TELL ME TO WAIT AGAIN AND AGAIN.ITS LIKE THEY ARE MAKING ME TO BEG THEM.AND I AM STUDYING FINAL YEAR AND ALSO WORKING PART TIME ONLINE JOB IN MY LAPTOP.NOW I CANT EVEN PAY FOR MY COLLEGE FEES AS MY WORK IS PAUSED…PLS DO SOMETHING

    Similar situation here, purchased Acer Nitro 5 2022 and it is not been a month since purchase but getting constant BSODs, tried all possible solutions but no luck. People at acer warranty center refuse the warranty claim stating that they find no genuine issues but still getting BSODs and they BSODs cannot be claimed under warranty. As there is no constant BSOD issue and it occasional but at very close intervals and the solution given by acer was to live with it for rest of the life. Very pathetic service by Acer. Really regret getting a acer product.
