Acer Aspire E17 771 had a pint of beer spilled over the keyboard in a pub where it was located.   Client just let it dry out, but no charge light anymore and the battery is flat so can not power up.

I dismantled it (Electronic Tech by trade) removed the internal battery, speakers, cooling fan and the BIOS battery and rinsed the keyboard and motherboard out in warm distilled water to get rid of the sticky and conductive effects of dried beer.  Checked internal battery, and it was flat.   After drying out the Keyboard and Motherboard, Re assembled unit but still no charge light.   DC charge socket and nearby circuits look OK.   Is there a fuse or is this a new motherboard event sigh..  AC to DC charger unit is OK and giving 19 Volts DC.
